I put my heart and soul into what I do. Your experience is no exception. I think it is so important to embrace the truly authentic moments when capturing such special stories in people's lives. When you look back at your photos, I want you to feel like you’re watching the moments play out in front of you again. Of course we will still have fun and get creative but I really love to focus on genuine and candid moments. I know it’s a big deal to invite someone into your life and share your time with you. My ability to give you a one-of-a-kind experience starts with you trusting me and my process. But don’t worry this trust is mutual, I am so lucky to get to call this my job and it is not lost on me the weight of the memories I am being trusted to capture for you!

I’m here for YOU! I truly try to be intentional with the people who get in front of my camera. I want to create an experience that feels fun and easy but also genuine and authentic to you. I’m not a “shots list” from the internet gal, I’m a feelings and vibes kind of gal and I love to let that lead the way. This is where your trust comes in. I promise my goal is 100% focused on authentically photographing you. With a little dash of me thrown in of course! I like to use prompts and guide you so that you don’t feel lost in what to do but are still able to do things in a way you would naturally do them. This is how we create a mix of authentic and candid memories for you.

These memories, these PHOTOS are yours for the rest of your life, so why shouldn’t they be valued this way? I see photography as an investment because it is one of the only things that outlasts the memories themselves. I want to preserve those memories through elevated imagery and an intentional experience. Because I want to give you more than just a vendor who shows up, takes your photos and leaves, my price reflects that. My process and style isn’t for everyone and neither is my pricing and that is ok.

the process

You may be curious what this “intentional experience” entails. The experience I want to give to you starts with communication. The more we communicate, the more in-tune we are and that allows for the best experience and photos for you. I try to be as helpful to you as possible. I am here for you so any question or worry you have, I want to hear it. I love to be as involved as you want me to be. I have lots of knowledge that I am happy to share and if you have a vision I want to bring it to life for you. We can be friends too! Part of what I love about my job is the lasting connections I have with past clients and how much we get to grow as friends after photos are done. In the end, it’s always a little bitter sweet. Delivering your gallery is like I'm saying a little goodbye for now. Throughout your time with me my goal is always to take care of you!
